Sub: Regularization of promotional “PYARI JODI” Plan with unlimited free call facility to
one BSNL Landline or WLL(Fixed/Limited Mobility) numbers -reg.

Kindly refer to this office order of even No. dated 04.11.2010 and subsequent
clarifications issued in this regard.

2. Now, it has been decided by competent authority to regularize the above promotional offer
with effect from 03.02.2011.

3. All other tariffs, terms & conditions will remain same.

4. This may be brought to the notice of all concerned for taking necessary action in this regard.
Features of the Plan may suitably be conveyed to existing customers through insertion in
Telephone/Mobile Bills, IVRS System, SMS, Press Note or proper advertisement etc.

5. The impact of this Plan needs to be analyzed and feed back submitted on monthly basis to
BSNL HQ on Fax No. 011-23329125 and e-mail–prema@bsnl.co.in or tariffcmcobsnl@gmail.com.
