A compensation system within direct selling, where
a distributor/salesperson can earn money not only
on their own personal sales, and but also on sales of
persons recruited by their personal recruits.
• A marketing system where individual direct sellers
recruit, train and develop a team of product users.

• BASIC CONCEPT is that any individuals sales performance


can be multiplied by using the efforts of others through a

network of people who work directly for themselves and

indirectly for the person who introduced them into the

network
 Men/women across all age groups have achieved
significant success – 18’s to 80’s!

 No fixed education requirements or previous experience


needed.

 Direct selling companies provide all the training to get


started and to grow in the business.
 Today’s illiterate won’t be the persons who are not
educated, but instead they will be the ones who are not
adopting themselves to changes.
 The firm motivates the customers of the company to sell its
products by way of Network Marketing
 The customer introduces other people to the system of
MLM and sells to them his firm’s products. After
purchasing these products new customers will
automatically have agency rights for marketing the same
products to other people, thereby increasing sales and
recruiting more marketers.
 Cost to start an independent direct selling business is
typically very low.
 Usually, a modestly priced sales kit is all that is required to
get started.
 In sharp contrast to franchise and other business
opportunities, which may require substantial initial
investment .

 Many people join MLM thinking they will get rich quickly
and with little effort on their part.
 Because most people already have full time jobs, they
treat their part time business like a hobby.
 The person joining has no sales or business experience.
 Are not the 100% product user.
 Some people just get frustrated and give up, they don’t
have the patience.
