Under and by virtue of a Writ of Execution issued on November 8, 2010, in cause No. D-I-GN-
03-004892 of the 126m Judicial District Court of Travis County, Texas, wherein PLAINTIFF,
THOMAS R. JEFFERIES, recovered a judgment from DEFENDANTS, MICHAEL J. COKER,
JOHN MADSEN, INTERNATIONAL GLOBAL POSITIONING, INC., AND 3T FAMILY
INVESTMENTS, L.L.C. TRUST, jointly and severally for the sum of ONE HUNDRED
FORTY NINE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINETY ONE AND 20/100 ($149,191.20)
Dollars, with post-judgment interest on the principal judgment amount at the rate of 7.25% per
annum compounded annually from January 17, 2006 until paid in full, plus $249.00 in costs of
court and fees incurred in the collection of this judgment, to me directed and delivered as
Constable, Precinct Three of Williamson County, Texas, I, Bobby Gutierrez, have levied on the
10th day of November, 2010, and will offer for sale and sell by public auction to the highest
bidder on January 11, 2011, between the hours of 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM at Glass Wrecker
Service 2703 E. State Highway 29 Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas, the following listed
personal property;
