Dear Mr. Yogesh Kulkarni,

Further to your interview dated June 11, 2010, we are pleased to offer you the position of Software
Engineer in our organization.

Your total cost to company shall be Rs. 3,66,300. Please refer the attached annexure for your salary
structure and other terms and conditions of employment.

As agreed and accepted by you, you will be required to sign a service agreement worth Rs.50,000/-, for a
period of one year.

You are requested to join duties with effect from July 19, 2010 at our Pune office, for this offer to be
valid.
