Having considered the benefits that my son/daughter will derive from his/her participation with
the regional activity aforementioned as organized by National Federation of Junior
Philippine Institute of Accountants Region III (NFJPIA R3)
and not of the
school/university, and having the understanding that every precaution will be observed and duly
taken by the activity organizers/officers to ensure his/her safety, I shall not hold the
organizers/officers/adviser and/or school responsible for any untoward incident that may happen
beyond their control. Furthermore, this convention, as indorsed by Commissioner on Higher
Education (CHED), does not include nor highlight any CITY TOUR before, during or after the
aforementioned dates. Therefore, I understand and agree that the regional organization, NFJPIAR3, shall not recognize such tour/s.
