Demand Letter

Dear Mrs. Malapitan,
We are now under instruction by our client, DWBH Credit and Finance
Services, to resort to all legal means available to effect collection of your
overdue and unpaid loan obligation under Loan No. NA070525, which as of
March 31, 2008, amounts to P 10,428.00 inclusive of interest and other
incidental charges.
For your consideration and guidance, the repeated demands you received for
the settlement of your overdue obligation have been unreasonably
disregarded; hence, we have finally decided to file in court the appropriate
complaint against you.
Should you wish to settle, please contact Mr. Joel Oljol at Phone No.
2534901, 2545407 or 2535407 and 09173209966. However, if we did not
hear from you within three (3) days from receipt of this letter, we shall, to
our regret constrained to file in court the necessary legal actions against you
without further notice to protect the interest of our client.
We trust that you shall give this matter your utmost preferential attention.
