The Calcium Sulfonate Carbonate products are used as preventative additives. They act as a physical and electrochemical barrier on the surface of the metal, and protect against the attaque acide. They are built up with a nano particles core/shell structure of Calcium carbonate coated with Calcium sulphonates, dispersed in any kind of carrier such as Petroleum basis, Synthetic esters, Alkylates, and Vegetable oils.
