Paragraph #1- Explain why you are taking this class. What do you
hope to gain from this class? What are you worried about in this
class?
Paragraph #2- Explain what you see as your greatest strength
when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle.
Paragraph #3- Explain what your goals are for this workout
segment? What lift do you hope to make the most improvement
on? Is there a specific number that you wish to reach by the end
of this quarter? If so, what is it? How do you plan on reaching
that goal? Who will you lean on to make sure you are
accountable for this goal?
