NFA 49-310 Grade TU 52-b Carbon Steel Seamless Tubes are Low Carbon Steel Tubes with max 0.20 % carbon content with combination of max
1.50 % manganese.NFA 49-310 Grade TU 52-b Carbon Steel Seamless Tubes are also known as Also known as mild steel pipes and tubes.NFA 49310 Grade TU 52-b Tubes are low-cost Tubes easy to form and shape.These pipes are manufactured as per NFA Specification and commercially
referred as cs pipes or ms pipes.Low Carbon Steel Pipes are not as hard as hig carbon steel pipes,Though carburizing can increase its surface
hardness.

The diameter, tolerances and surface finish of component
are the same as those stated for the full length tube.
Outer diameter: 6.25-1800mm Nominal Dia: 1/4"-72"
Schedule: 10 - XXS / Thk 1mm-150mm
Single random Lengths: 4-7 meters
Double random Lengths: 7-13 meters
Chamfering can be done at fixed lengths.
Pipes are externally varnished with black paint or Bare.
Hot deep Galvanised Pipes with threaded ends are provided.

Certifications
Pipes and Tubes manufactured as per NFA 49-310 Grade TU 52-b are certified with En
10204 Type 3.1/3.2. IBR,NACE,HIC,IGC,IMPACT are adhered as supplementary testing
requirements.
Product Marking
Each Pipe/tube is marked with tube type, heat number, steel grade and size. Other
markings, such as stamping, can be made on request.
