Acted as a mentor and created community with
almost 50 residents, promoted academic
excellence, addressed student needs, encouraged
involvement, and worked with small staff to
organize programs for 680 students first year and
530 second year. Implemented and enforced
housing, safety, and health policies, documented
situations, and worked closely with Campus
Safety officials and Keene Police officers.
Responded to emergencies and practiced crisis
management skills while participating in an oncall duty rotation with staffs. In second year of the
position, was the Resident Assistant for the
Excellence in Teaching, Learning, and Service
Living/Learning Community.

Scheduled and planned all WKNH related events,
including concerts, on-campus gatherings, and
shows. Worked directly with bands and artists
and their management to book shows; sent and
received relevant tax documents; organized
payment for shows; and coordinated booking for
on campus facilities. Also trained new DJs with
board and show operation and worked directly
with Promotions Coordinator and Webmaster to
promote events and shows on social media and in
the local community.

Prepared buildings for summer conferences and
attended to guests needs by monitoring front
desks, answering questions, and cleaning in a
courteous and friendly manner. Simultaneously
was as a Resident Assistant for students living on
campus during the summer session. Built
community, facilitated weekly programs,
addressed conflicts and policy violations, and
participated in an on-call duty rotation with two
other Resident Assistants.
