Key Club Service Card Spring 2015

Reminders!

You need a minimum total of 15 hours per semester


At least 10 of those 15 accepted hours must be Key Club
hours
A maximum of 5 of those 15 accepted can be non-physical
You must attend 8 out of 10 meetings (Attendance card
must be stamped at each meeting.)
For every missed meeting, you must attach a signed pass
from the tutorial, rehearsal, or practice.
Before turning this card in at the semester, make a copy
for your records. There will be a $1 fee for any card
returned.
