Pollution Control Stuffing Box (PCSB™) • An enhanced version of Hercules DPSB using “PCSB Adapter Unit”below the BOP section & LUGTM is replaced with PCSB Upper Gland (a.k.a. Hercules HPLUGTM) • If polished rod breaks below stuffing box, flapper closes automatically • Two independently adjustable packing chambers — primary Cone Packing in DPSB Body & V-Ring acking in PCSB Upper Gland.The V-Rings contain full working pressure, unlike the single Wiper Cone used in a LUGTM • Pollution Control Adapter acceptable to -50˚ F • Pollution Control Adapter meets NACE® MR0175 • Base has 1/2" NPT test port • Adaptable to Anti-Pollution Adapter Control Device or Hercules SBTM Leak Detector • Primary cone packing can be changed under pressure • Unique misaligning feature reduces need for exact alignment with the pumping unit • Flanged bottom connection available • Available with welded bottom flange connections • Available with 1500 or 2500 PSI Big StuffTM DPSBTM Top Section (& with or without HPLUGTM)
