Eto ay sinubukan o ginawa sa DV235t modem, pero maaari mo ding gawin to sa kahit

anong modem na same lang ang problem, remoted at naging 169 yung IP, gumamit ln
g ng tamang firmware for your modem to execute using winspreader tools..

PROCEDURES TO BE FOLLOWED:
After two days of frustrating and countless hour of experimenting with baon/hugo
t, with/without timing, five different computers/lappy, static/unstatic ip, I fi
nally was able to fix my 169 dv235t.
My DV has no gui, no telnet, no ssh. Backdoor and putty didn't work at all and a
lmost all ports were closed and was ready to throw the white flag or towel or wh
at have you...

This may or may not work for you but I just posted this as alternative, baka nam
an sakali gumana sa inyo.
What I used:
Atheros LAN, Winspreader 2, smart 1.0.7, windows 7
My simple procedure:
Plug you dv lan and powerplug, wait til it connect (with exclamation mark or wit
hout) or until the X mark is gone.
Put your Network setting to Obtain IP automatically or non-static ip (pag di nyo
naman ginalaw network settings, then you may not do this anymore)
Start Winspreader, select your LAN card or Network Adapter, load the smart 1.0.7
, DO NOT click the start button yet of the winspreader.
Go to Command prompt by clicking Start button, Click Run, type CMD, and enter.
At the CMD, type ipconfig /release or try ipconfig /renew, and wait for the LAN
icon on the lower right to connect (with exclamation mark or without) or until t
he X mark is gone. (same concept with baon hugot)
then type again ipconfig or ipconfig /all to get your exact 169 ip address (Just
look for the number that start with 169)
now type ping, space, your 169 ip address, then space, then -t then press enter.
example: ping 169.254.177.94 -t
ping reply should start scrolling down with byte, time, TTL values.
When you get that, click Start button of the Winspreader (with the right Network
Card and smart dv image already selected). You should make sure you selected yo
ur CORRECT network card.
When I clicked the start button of my winspreader, it immediately started flash
ing the smart dv image.
Indication of flashing IN PROGRESS is: the led light of the phone, then the thre

e signal led will flash one after another towards the wifi led. (hindi up and do
wn o disco)
Indication that flashing is almost finish: all the led lights of phone and signa
l will flash/blink simultaneously.
Indication that the flashing is FINISHED: all the led lights of phone and signal
will on and stay on.
For me the flashing process lasted from 2-5 minutes, it was too short that I can
't believe it. I read somewhere its 20mins or so.
When ALL the led lights of phone and signal stay on, unplug dv LAN and powerplug
( you may also try pressing the reset button for 30 sec to reset). Then plug th
em back and check again your ip or try accesing your gui or telnet.
DONE.
