FACTORY VASTU
Vastu in factories can build up the roots for prosperity, success, security and can also strengthen the business. In a factory each human potential is stretched to its utmost in multidisciplinary fields which needs to achieve emancipated movement of men and goods in the factory. To maintain a balance in all these activities a perfect understanding and contribution of Vastu is required in the factories.
CONSIDERATIONS IN DESIGNING A FACTORY
Boundary walls in south and west should be heavy and taller than walls in north and east. Plot should be highest in south-west and lowest in North-east. If the plot is rectangular or square in shape, correct it as per Vastu. South-west portion of construction should be highest point. More open space should be in north and east rather than in south and west. Slope of roof should be in north or east. it should not be the other way round. If a temple is build, it should be in north-east. Toilets, bathrooms should be in south east or North-West. Boss should always sit in south-west facing east or north. Boss means proprietor, managing director or working partner. Labor Quarters should be in south-east or north-west but never south-west. Labor rest room should be in south-east or north-west. But never in south-west. Canteen should be in south-east Guard Room should be placed near gates in such an advantageous position so that the guards can see approaching persons, vehicles etc. without any obstruction. North-East direction should be avoided for a guard room or security cabin. For East facing gate the security office should be on South-East side of gate, and for North facing gate it should be on North-West side. If the chimney is very high then put some iron poll or any pile in south west which is higher than chimney. Production should be from south to north or west to east. Main end product will come out in north or east side. Raw material godown should be in south west. Finished goods godown should be in north-west. Dispatches should be made from north-west gate facing east. Big heavy machineries to be installed on south and west side of the plant area. Transformer, Furnace, oven should be put in south-east. Parking in north or east side. Big trees for pollution control should be in south and west side only. Lawn or seasonal plants may be grown on east and north side of the factory.
