COUNTER-AFFIDAVIT

I Unodos, Filipino, of legal age and a resident of Purok 1, Iligan City, after having
sworn in accordance with the law, do hereby state and depose that:

1. I am the respondent in the above-captioned case for serious physical injuries by one
Ako Tan.

2. I vehemently deny all the allegations of Ako Tan. I only know Ako Tan when we
were introduced by a common friend in one of the birthday parties I was able to
attend sometime in 2012. After that birthday party, we never had the chance of
meeting each other until now.

3. I also would like to point out that Siya was neither my friend nor an acquaintance.
We do not know each other personally. I have not even met him nor talked with him.
In short, we are complete strangers to each other.
