This is to certify that Section 12, Rule VII of the "2011 NLRC Rules of Procedure as amended" was supplemented in "En Bane Resolution No. 01-13, Series of 2013, issued during the En Banc Session of the National Labor Relations Commission held on 13 March 2013 in QuezonCity, the decretal portion of which reads: "WHEREFORE, RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that Section 12, Rule VII of the 2011 NLRC Rules of Procedure, as amended, shall read as follows: SECTION 12. ROLE OF THE LABOR ARBITER AND COMMISSION AITORNEYS ASSIGNED TO THE COMMISSION. - In the resolution of cases on appeal, and those mentioned in Rules VIII and X, the Commission, in the exigency of the service, shall be assisted by a Labor Arbiter or Commission Attorney who may be directed to study, review, conduct conciliation and mediation proceedings, hear and receive evidence, and submit reports thereon. (12a)" Issued this 13th day of March 2013 at QuezonCity, Philippines.
