TRAINING PROGRAMME ON IC ENGINES 19th and 20st JULY 2013 Supported by SAEINDIA, Indore Division

Organized by PRESTIGE SAE COLLEGEATE CLUB, INDORE (Department of Mechanical Engineering)

GLIMPSE: SAEINDIA Indore Division & Prestige Institute of Engineering & Science, Indore presents a training programme on IC Engine. The training programme will introduce the students to the basics of engine and their working mechanism. The student will get to learn both the principle and their implementation in reality by assembling and dissembling of 3-cylinder IC Engine themselves. The experienced faculty with commendable knowledge and expertise in the field will deliver lecture followed by hands on experience session. The purpose of organizing such programme is to propogate learning by doing things. COURSE CONTENT: REGISTRATION CHARGES: The participation is open to all students of mechanical engineering department having interest in IC Engines and innovation. Non SAE students: Rs. 750/SAE students: 600/Day 1 Session I Introduction to IC Engine Disassembly of 3-cylinder Engine

Session II Assembling of 3-cylinder Engine

Duration: 9.30 am to 5 pm

Day 2 Session III Expert lecture on IC Engine by Industrial experts Interaction with Industrial experts

LUNCH: Lunch and breakfast is arranged for the participants

The profile of the participants will be Mechanical engineering faculties or experts from Industry & students from engineering colleges.
