Responsible for the costing of the refundable and additional of the units that have change orders and modifications. Assists in estimates and quantity take off. Prepares monthly report of the consolidated accomplishment and costs of units that are being constructed to the Vice President for Construction. Proper documentation of plans, revisions and modifications of every unit being constructed. Filing and documentation of all records prior to the new projects being started. As Customer Care Engineer Responsible of all the leading concerns of the clients in their respected units. Assists and discuss to the clients the standards and packages of the units they are going to avail. Responsible of accepting clients concerns with regards to the construction. Disseminate the concerns to the Site Engineers and makes the necessary report about the action/solution made to the concern. Responsible of the duties of a Customer Service Representative in the Engineering Department.
