Minutes of Meeting:

Regular classes (Even semester) for II,III & IV years will be reopened on 17th December,2012.

The last working day for even semester(2012-2013) will be on 10th April,2013.

3 Class test, 3 Cycle test and 1 model exam will be conducted for 2nd year(4th sem) students. 3 Cycle test and 1 model exam will be conducted for 3rd year(4th sem) and 4th year(8th sem) students. The reopening date for M.E students is on 4th February,2013. HOD asked the faculty members to prepare the lesson plan for even semester within Wednesday(19.12.2012).

HOD asked the faculty members to prepare the question bank for even semester within Monday(24.12.2012).

Theory and practical log books will be reviewed every 15 days. Department Meeting will be conducted on every Tuesday. Lab Manuals should be prepared and verified within this month. HOD asked the faculty members to complete the Lecture notes as soon as possible.
