Plinth Area Rates of CPWD

This document provides rates in Indian Rupees (Rs.) per square meter for various construction projects including: 1. RCC framed structures up to six stories and rates increase as additional stories are added. 2. Basement floors with normal waterproofing or air conditioning. Rates increase with deeper basement levels. 3. Fire detection, alarm and sprinkler systems. 4. Lifts including passenger, bed, and goods lifts. Rates provided based on lift capacity and speed. 5.
