Victorian Ball Gown Rosemary

My studies of historical fashion and my passion for sewing met, so I have designed and tailored several mid 19th century inspired ballgowns. The dress is available in different sizes, as indicated in the table. You can request a custom size. In this case you will have to send me the information with your measurements. Contact me privately, so I will send you all the instructions you need. In both cases it is necessary to specify the length of the skirt which is always personalized. Thanks to the eyelet closure, the bodice can be worn by different body types. For the realization of the dress YOU CAN CHOOSE THE COLOR you prefer from a wide range of colors, and the same goes for the flowers and the decorations. The lace with the motif shown in the photo might not be available, in this case I will give you the opportunity to choose from available models. ♥ This ballgown is entirely handmade like all the products in my shop ♥ Rosemary Ballgown The pleated skirt is made of two layers of fabric and decorated with a row of lace on each layer. The bodice has balloon sleeves and the classic pointed shape both in front and behind. It is shaped and reinforced with 9 splints. The decoration has lace on the bertha and the whole is embellished with satin ribbon roses and buds, entirely handmade by me. The closure on the back, according to tradition, consists of metal eyelets and ribbon. There is also a modesty panel to cover the skin under the closure weave. The petticoat is not included.
