Using Content Fusion Technical authors can: Send XML files to be reviewed by other company members just by sharing a link to the review task. Share a PDF version of the documentation with "Edit" links that open the source in Content Fusion. Receive content drafts from SMEs in a structured format. Create templates that will be filled by SMEs with technical data.

In this session I will present how you can save days of work by customizing PDF output using CSS instead of XML-FO. I will show some common customizations that are easy to achieve using CSS and also a web-based configuration interface for basic styling properties such as fonts, page layout, lists and table types and others.
