Our employees are the heart of Microsoft. They are passionate about giving to address the issues facing our world. It’s part of our culture and how we live our mission. In fiscal year 2025 Microsoft employees contributed $263M and over 1.2M volunteer hours, supporting 37,000 nonprofits in 110 countries. In Washington state alone employees donated $91.8M to nonprofits and 499K volunteer hours. When we give, we contribute to a better world for all.

In FY 2025, Microsoft employees around the world rallied together to provide:

Change Agent Program

The Change Agent Program activates Microsoft employees to empower nonprofits to digitally transform and address society’s biggest challenges by leveraging Microsoft giving, skilling, and technology offers and resources. This program is available to all eligible Microsoft employees. Participation is optional and voluntary.
