Started this #audiobook and got through three hours in my first sitting. Seems very Beauty and the Beast so far. I like it, waiting for some action to start soon.

willaful I remember finding the audiobook rather repetitive in style -- a dramatized adaption sounds like a good idea. 6h
peaKnit I enjoy the cast audio, so immersive! I‘m mid book 3 of series. 6h

CrowCAH @peaKnit yeah, not too many do the immersive audio, so when I saw Hoopla had it, I wanted to do that version and not the regular audio. 5h

Mehso-so

#throwback to a few weeks ago, when I was on vacation and started this one. Finally finished it today and glad to be done with it. Pretty disappointing. A good premise, but I had a ton of issues with the execution.

Hooked_on_books This one has sat on my shelves for years unread, in part because of mixed reviews. When I finally give it a go, I‘m going to be more willing to bail than I might otherwise if it isn‘t working. 2h

Interesting twist! My score dropped from 93 to 48. I included three songs where I didn‘t see the movie, but did see the show the song originally came from:

IndoorDame You should check out the movie version of Chicago sometime. Broadway to modern movie musical adaptations can be really lackluster but I loved that one! It really has the same spirit as the stage version which is tricky. 2mo
