Miami – JAMS, the largest private provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services worldwide, is pleased to announce that Beth Greenfield-Mandler, Esq., has joined its panel in Miami. Ms. Greenfield-Mandler brings a legal background spanning more than five decades across several practice areas.
Ms. Greenfield-Mandler resolved matters as the circuit mediator for Florida’s Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals from 2006 to 2025. During the last 18 months of her tenure, she was the acting chief court mediator for the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. While working for the Court of Appeals, she handled over 2,500 mediations. From 2005 to 2006, she worked as a circuit mediator for Florida’s Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court, where she helped lead family and circuit training programs.
Based in the Miami Resolution Center, Ms. Greenfield-Mandler will serve as a mediator and neutral evaluator, handling business and commercial, appellate, intellectual property, insurance, employment, admiralty, and franchise and distribution disputes. She is available to conduct sessions in person, as well as virtually, for clients across the country and internationally.

Ms. Greenfield-Mandler also maintained a private mediation practice from 1990 to 2005. She additionally chaired the Mediator and Ethics Advisory Committee for the Supreme Court of Florida from 2008 to 2016. From 2000 to 2002, she served as assistant attorney general for the state of Florida. Early in her career, she practiced law at various firms.

Ms. Greenfield-Mandler earned her B.A. from the University of Florida and her J.D. from South Texas College of Law (now Texas A&M University School of Law).
