Best Quality best Service 1. Using smart board from last 2 years. Working completely fine and fully working with Alexa. 2nd best thing is service. When I don't know how to connect I called directly to manufacturers and they guided me through video call. Best response I ever get from anyone. Even after 2 years responding to my calls and msg for any issues.

I have installed 24 switch plates in my 4bhk villa. I used one switch board in my old home to test for past 2 years. It never gave an issue and still works amazing. Based on that I have installed 24 in my new home. There are plenty of options I ran across online but later even I couldn’t trust Iotics Blindly so I went to their factory in Coimbatore and checked their office and then placed the order. The staff is so professional and helpful. recently i updated the firmware of 2 years old switch plate. It was not able connect to wifi due to latest firmware. I contacted the company and they patiently guided me to troubleshoot and at last gave me a replacement with latest chip without any additional cost. You can blindly trust Iotics!!!!!!!!
