If you’re an archaeologist, aspiring archaeologist, OR simply love anything and everything old, then this is the book group for you! You don’t have to be an archaeologist to appreciate the past. This group is dedicated to learning more about our collective past through hardcore anthropology/archaeology/biology/geology/cultural/linguistic non-fiction to fantastical imaginings of the past and/or the archaeological profession. Any discussions are welcome on interests in archaeology, favorite books, etc. Have fun! A word of warning: this group is not meant for amateur excavators, fans of ‘Diggers,’ or collectors/dealers of illegal antiques. FYI: It’s illegal to steal or sell artifacts from public lands.
