Everyone said our love wouldn’t work.
That it was too hard, too complicated, too messy.
Oh how I enjoy proving everyone wrong.

My men are smart, sexy, sophisticated—
and most of all, crazy about me.
The only problem is trying to explain
that to my big, opinionated Italian family.

But after all we’ve been through, we deserve a
happily ever after. And if there’s one
thing I know about my guys, they always
manage to have a few surprises up their sleeves.

Huh!

I tried listening to the audiobook, but Robbie’s voice was just off, he sounded like a whiny little thing.

description

It’s me not the book! Or maybe It is not me!! Me thinks we will be blaming all of this on my recent reads.

description

I was looking forward to this one and it just fell flat. And I didn’t get my DP or maybe it was in the book and I was not paying attention.

Nothing was really happening in book. It was just all lovey dovey, too sugary and lusty for me. And our Princess this! our Princess that! He is so perfect, we love him, we belong together, we are lucky to have found him. It became repetitive and the theme for this book.

I felt that this was Robbie the Princess’s show, Priest was the Prince and Julien was just there throwing around French one-liners then disappearing. I didn’t feel his presence in this book. He was too much in the background.

I also didn’t feel the love between Robbie, Priest and Julien like I did in the previous books.

Anyhoo, don’t mind me. I still get a lady boner whenever Logan and Tate appear on page so there is that.

I liked Robbie’s supportive family.

I liked the epilogue too. It was all tied up neatly with a pink bow.

THE END.

This is the fourth book in the "Confessions" series and I have really come to love these three awesome men. What I needed after three books though, was for them to have their HEA. It was time.... :P

Afbeeldingsresultaat voor I love a happy ending gif

In the past couple of books, we got to know everything about Julien and Priest...and their horrible families. But what about Robbie... He is actually pretty close to his boisterous Italian family, but how are they gonna react to him being with two men....who happen to be married to one another.

https://www.google.com/search?biw=1517

Thankfully Robbie's family is just as awesome as Robbie is and so all they ever wanted was for their son to be happy. And he is !! They all are.

This was definitely the more "fluffy" read about of all 4 books. Plenty of "feel good" moments and definitely plenty of steam....Yowza..

" A dirty-talking princess is much more fun than a proper one. Trust us, we should know"

https://www.google.com/search?biw=1517

This book gave me all the closure I needed. It was sweet, steamy, romantic and adorable. All in all the perfect conclusion ;)

I highly recommend this series !!

This story made me feel happy and satisfied all the way down to my bones. If the huge smile on my face when I finished wasn’t enough of an indicator of how much I loved what I’d just read, then the sheer number of times I was brought to (happy) tears throughout this story would have cinched it for me.

In my opinion, this was a damn near perfect way for this particular series to end. I loved seeing Robbie, Julien, and Priest in a much more settled place in their lives and in their relationship. There really wasn’t any drama here – not like in the last two stories. This was just three guys madly in love and making plans for forever! *swoon*

Most of the plot simply revolved around Robbie finally taking his men home to meet his family. I loved witnessing how Julien and Priest were welcomed into the Bianchi fold – it was at times nerve wracking, but mostly it was filled with lots of humorous and heartfelt exchanges that left my heart light and happy. Seeing how neither Julien nor Priest really have any important family of their own – at least none who deserve the title – it was truly lovely to see them both be so happily embraced by Robbie’s family.

I adored where this story went with this relationship. It was all things magical, romantic, and swoon-worthy, and it felt like a natural progression for these three characters to make things permanent. And I can’t even mention the levels of hotness and tenderness depicted in their intimate scenes without potentially succumbing to a fatal case of spontaneous combustion. It was just… *unf*

There is definitely an argument to be made that this was perhaps a little too perfect, particularly considering the ease at which Robbie, Priest, and Julien’s unconventional relationship was just effortlessly accepted by literally every person in their lives. I, sadly, don’t believe for a second that this would be the outcome in similar real life situations, but I read romance fiction for a reason, people, and the way these three men and their love were embraced and supported by those important people in their lives was bloody beautiful to witness and personally inspiring.

Ultimately, I just have to sing Ella’s praises for helping me to be more open-minded in my own life, through making me fall in love with these three men and their non-traditional love story. It was a damn fun ride and I have no doubt Robbie, Julien, and Priest will be characters I’ll enjoy revisiting in the future.

UNPOPULAR OPINION ALERT. Forgive me.
2,5 stars.

They are HOT and PERFECT every hour, every minute, every second.

I was hoping this book would totally make me love them but NO.
I was suffering though the pages…rolling my eyes so hard.
I feel like I have to explain myself so be gentle. I tried, really tried but in the end of this book I have to admit. I didn’t LOVE this series. I like it (some parts). That's it. I was reading because I love Priest and because it’s Ella Frank. But this is my last with these boys. I can’t read another thing about them.

The first book "Robbie" was beautiful. These three coming together was good and so sweet. I was so excited by their next adventure. Julien's book was my least favorite (now he's number two since this) and Priest's was my favorite one. I was struggling with this, SO so so this book was my last hope.

I never ever doubt about Logan’s love for Tate or Tate’s love for Logan. Never. And everyone who read about them know that they get down and dirty everytime. But LOVE was there. Undoubtable.

This series on the other hand ? I feel like it was all about LUST. I mean he’s just standing here « he’s perfect ». He’s walking? omg that’s the sexiest walk ever. He’s talking? OMG that’s just awesome I mean woh. All about arousal...

« Shit. That look told him one thing: Priest was done holding back on that indomitable self-control of his. His arousal, his pent-up desire? It was on the surface now for Robbie and Julien to see. »

« FUCKING HELL. PRIEST had known tonight was going to be a test of his self-restraint, especially after Robbie had walked out of their bathroom dressed in skinny black jeans and a black mesh top. »

« Priest let him go and fished his keys out of his pocket, and as he did, the morning sunlight caught in his hair, making Robbie want to run his fingers through it. The light and dark strands of copper, and the short scruff on Priest’s cheeks was just…wow. You couldn’t pay to get such gorgeous colors. It was striking. »

« Robbie looked back out to the scene he was trying to comprehend, and Felicity chimed in, helpful as ever. “I can think of a few words: hot as fuck. Who knew Priest could dance?”
Me, Robbie thought. But not like that, that’s for damn sure.
Yes, it was Priest. And yes, he was dancing. But not the smooth, charming foxtrot around the kitchen. No. Priest was out there looking drop-dead gorgeous under the twinkling lights getting down to some sexed-up song Robbie couldn’t even place right now. »
.

HOT all the time. I was feeling kind of ugly myself haha. Who can be that perfect?
And Priest omg! I was in love with you the first second I met you. You were just a bastard clearly. But you were MY bastard so I like you like that. Now ? You've been reduced to making jokes all the time. You just spoke to say nothing interesting. Grrrrrr. In the end I did not recognize you anymore.
Don't start me about Robbie and the fact that for everyone: he's "special". Why?
And Julien. Nothing to say because nothing interesting about him in this. He was just in love and amazed by the beauty of his men. Every second. Every minute. Every hour of the day. Every day.

I just don't understand the purpose of this book. I didn't learned more about the characters. In fact, there have never been any serious discussions in this. Since the previous books: all secrets were out, all background were shared. It’s time to BUILD a relationship. And hell these boys were all about warm the sheets.

I really liked Robbie’s family ! They are good, kind and just lovable.
I don’t know why but something was missing with them. Too much? I mean everyone was accepting of everything. It was like « all was ok ». I just wanted one serious talk with their kids. Just one. But no. I mean their son is just THAT amazing that he needs to date two guys (who are married) in the same time. That’s logic. I just wanted a good talk about the feelings, the story between them. I wanted to feel the insecurity for their son in this relationship. I would have feel insecure for my child, I would have questioned him about his place in this, about his love for them, about his choice and about the plan because wow! This is not "common". Same to the pregnant daughter. I will have accepted them no matter what but a good talk can do no wrong.
Robbie’s father with his « capito? » throwing around all the time was so damn funny.
His sisters on the other hand was my favorite people. Funny and adorable!

This was a sweet road. Everything was ok. So why this ?
Tate and Logan's story was feeling so real. I was laughing, hurting, crying with them so many times. Tate's accident, Tate's family, the "proposal', their fights...it was real. This book? Not so real. I can not project myself in the hard reality with them. They are too perfect to live in this world.

The scene in October was beautiful I have to admit it. And the epilogue is my favorite part. Five years later.. It was sweet, funny and really cute. I really loved the family they built. Happy for my Priest.

And and and I really liked seeing my babies Tate and Logan again! Hope we’ll have some news about them soon!;)

Okay, so this one may have got a tad too sappy for me.

2.5?

I needed something fluffy after my last read but I think I may have overdone it.

This sucker popped the button clean off my fluff jeans. Which *kinda* sucks since nothing really happened during all the fluffery.

Alas I evidently am a glutton and pressed on thinking something would happen but nothing did other than extreme fluffing so I sacrificed my fluff jeans to a lost cause.

Ain't that always the way?

YMMV.

I enjoyed book 1and book 2, but book 3 and book 4 were disappointing.
I just wanted to get my life back and decide for something new to read, lol.
The plot was a bit lame, there was nothing interesting there. Robbie's family's role was obviously positive but the "conflict" was dragged out way too long. Everything about Robbie's pregnant sister was a bit strange (was she the one rubbing all over Priest while dancing or was that another sister?).
And the getting-arrested-by-a-policeman scene was dumb. Sorry not sorry.

Overall this book was just slightly better than book 3 in my opinion (I don't even want to think about that book's very strange ending).

We're back with our 3 darling boys!

It's been six months since Priest's criminal father died and the boys have finally found their peace again. They have a beautiful new home. Great jobs. An amazing home life.

But now it's time for Robbie to introduce Priest and Julien to his big crazy italian family.

description

Awww! That was adorable!

And sad - because it's over now!
Our three guys now have their happily ever afters!
And we got to witness it all.

I really adored this final story! It was so sweet and funny and erotic and romantic and happily ever after-ish. And we got some Logan and Tate again.

Perfect finale in this amazing series!

Can't wait to see what's next!

“…I don’t know if you two are brave or just crazy to take him on for life.”

I have absolutely adored this series by Ella Frank, and in this book Ella Frank delivers the ultimate happy ever after, the cherry on top, the love lottery win and this reader had a smile from ear to ear throughout the whole book. These three stole my heart in book one, and by book four, these three had cemented their place.

I will miss these guys.

I know I sound like a broken record when it comes to reviewing Frank’s works, but she’s consistent in bringing the feels and the smex and if that’s something you like about her stories, then you will have no problem with this lovely conclusion for this trio.

Simply put, Priest and Julien make it their mission to bring the feisty Robbie into their lives permanently, and they do it with all the sweet swoony romance and smexy smex one can imagine.

Hot hot hot!

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again - Robbie is one lucky fucking bastard. This was a great send off showing their unconventional love being the best thing ever!

READ MY REVIEW ON THE BLOG

It's time to say goodbye to Robbie, Julien and Priest and Ella Frank sends them off into their Happily Ever After with much love and laughter. The three unusual men are settling into their life together and there is only one more thing to do. The big family introduction. Not without reason Robbie is a little fidgety about that. His coming out was accepted by his family in stride but will they be OK about him living with a married couple?

It's remarkable how far these three have come. Robbie is an endless source of joy and smiles for the stoic lawyer Priest and his drunk state in Robbie's childhood home, seeing him relaxed and devastatingly charming made me fall in love with him all over again.
“She kept bringing them to me and was asking me to guess what she put in them.”
“Other than a shit-ton of alcohol?” Robbie said, and rolled his eyes. “Have you ever heard of the word no?”
Priest turned his heavy-lidded gaze on Robbie and grinned. “Yes. But I wanted her to like me, for you.”

*puddle of goo*

Julien has found his equilibrium after his heartbreak. He rejoices in his relationship with the other two. It's never been more apparent that these three men balance each other out than in this one. There is a sense of peace and calm they give one another that wasn't there before.
We’d always hoped for that, for someone who could balance us out. But I never knew how complete he’d make us feel.

I loved Robbie's rambunctious family and especially his father. He is the rock this family leans on in hard times. This family's acceptance of Robbie's sexuality and his choice of lifestyle was miraculous, especially when you know that they are Catholic Italians. That's definitely not something you see everyday. I loved this tolerance and acceptance. Robbie's sister has an interesting story and I wonder if Ella will tell it at some point.

The Princess, the Prick & the Priest is one long epilogue full of love and smiles and while I think that things could have been shortened that would have meant saying goodbye sooner. This lovely book concludes the series and the three men with the unconventional relationship are finally ready to start into their Happily Ever After. But I suppose we'll see them pop up in other stories now and then. That makes the goodbye a little easier.
As he sat there staring at the young man who’d walked into his and Julien’s life not too long ago, Priest wondered what he’d ever done to deserve not only one great love in his life, but two.

I have enjoyed this series enormously, even if book 3 was not quite what I had hoped for. In this last instalment we revisit Robbie, Julien and Priest to see how they are building a life together.

So why am I not delirious with joy? Because I am caught in two minds here (and I know I will be in the minority)

1. I really loved ...
.) ... to see how Priest, Julien and Robbie work out together in the long run.
.) The whole book is pure romance.
.) Priest and Julien meeting the Bianchis was great fun to read.
.) The sex is incredibly hot.
.) Always enjoy seeing how Logan and Tate are getting on!

2. However ...
it was all just a bit too perfect and too good to be true.

There are no disagreements whatsoever - not between the three guys (ever) or between Robbie and any of his family when he finally tells them about their three-way relationship. I find it very difficult to believe that in a family of Italian Catholics there wouldn't be at least one person who took exception to it and voiced that somewhat ferociously. Clearly if there was a person like that he or she stayed home. So all the Bianchis are happy, cheerful and totally accepting of what was going on in Robbie's life.

As for the three guys - they are all so 'lucky' to have each other (it's mentioned so often, it started getting to me) and their sexual desire of way off the charts. So way off the charts, I was wondering at one point whether they are all on some kind of sex-enhancing drug. I mean, just a look and tease, a little kiss, and one of them is near coming. (these guys are not teenagers anymore!)
I know, I know, this sounds maybe a bit too bitchy, but it is honestly how I felt. It was all too much, too sweet, too happy and too sugar-coated.

Saying that, I did enjoy most of it in some way, even if the plot is basically like a reality TV show following our trio as they prepare to ... well, not spoiling that.

So, my apologies to you, hard-die fans. Just making sure you know, I still love the guys!!!
And book 1 is one of my most favourite m/m/m!

"I love you. You make everything in my world make sense. You make all of us make sense."

I love that Ella Frank is such a diverse writer. She can write anything from MM to MF to paranormal and I would drop everything to read them. The Confession series of hers was no different. The characters are so memorable, I never wanted to stop reading their story.

By now you've already met Robbie, Julien and Priest and if you haven't I suggest you go change that now and also read the Temptation series while you're at it. You won't regret it at all. This was basically their HEA. They needed this. They deserved it. And I couldn't be happier for them.

I'm not going to go into the details because I don't want to spoil anything from the previous books as well as this one but I'm sad and happy to see them all go. I can't wait to see what Ella has for us in the future.

This was cute! I've enjoyed this series but I definitely didn't connect as much to the characters. I liked their relationship, but I do think all the jumping from present day to past put me off and disconnected me slightly.

I'm not a big fan of flashbacks, especially when they're overdone, and even though this particular book didn't have them all the others did. I think it's why I struggled to connect to the characters throughout the series because I didn't know enough about who they were now to be affected by what had happened to them. Then so much of their pasts were unloaded continuously in every chapter, so although they'd all been through a lot of trauma, I don't think I felt as much empathy as intended, I was just getting frustrated that the pacing over the first three books was so stop and start.

I am so happy for Robbie though. Julien and Priest were so good for him and each other. I loved him whenever he popped up in Logan and Tate's books, and I really liked the relationship he ended up having with the two of them.

ETA 9/27/24 - I love love the 3 Ps! If you're ever looking for a great mmm poly romance where all 3 are equals in the relationship and they have individual personalities and it all just works, you must read this series. Maybe read the Temptation series to get the full backstory for Robbie and meeting Priest and how they all 3 meet each other first.

I adore these 3 together and they're one of my favorite throuples in mm romance.

My heart is bursting with love for these three men after we got to read about their happily ever after ending. Robbie, Priest, and Julien will stay with me for a long time - going pretty high up on the list of favorite couples. I adored this, and as sad as I am that their story is over, I have just LOVED the journey we got to take with them this year!

There was a lightness to this story, especially with Priest and Julien (heck, Priest is sleeping normally now! lol), that was refreshing and different from the last two. In Julien's story he was coping with his past, and with Priest's he had his own demons and conflicts. Now, they are truly living the dream - and they are determined to make sure Robbie feels the same way.

I loved SO many moments in this story! I loved Priest and Julien meeting Robbie's family, Val being obsessed with Priest, their dad being so great with things, I LOVED that Robbie got his dream of a house with a man cooking naked for him. Drunk!Priest is kinda everything. I mean it - everything. I loved them dancing, I LOVED that scene up at the cabin they rented. And I LOVED The entire chapter with the three of them at Logan and Tate's so Robbie could share his big news. I love how Logan can still steal every scene he's in with his dirty mind, snarky quips, and impossible beauty. (And I love that they live only 5 houses away from each other! :D)

And the ending was just ridiculously romantic, perfect, beautiful, and also kinda surprising. I won't say anything to give it away, but the epilogue was just....ahhhh, I loved it.

Can't wait for a new Confessions series in 2019 with Henri. Yum, yum!

A sweet ending for this trio... A little too sweet for my taste?...
Maybe I wasn't in the right mind but I have to say... 6 chapters for a sex scene... Dare I say it... I think it's a bit too much...

Nothing really happened here except their love growing and their HEA happing in a wonderful and beautiful 'bouquet final'

I liked it less than the others but again, maybe it was that my mind wasn't as much into it this time around.

Robbie, Julien and Priest are still hot and adorable and very intense.
The love story is still beautiful.

4 stars!! 😍🔥 Loved this scintillating 🔥HOT HOT HOT 🔥epilogue to conclude this wonderful series. As sad as I was to say goodbye to Robbie, Julien and Priest.., it was amazing to see love blossom between them and the acceptance and support that they found with the Bianchi family. My favorite will always be Priest and it was really quite something to see him finally relax and be happy with his men. Their love, unconventional it maybe; is boundless and full of passion and that is what Ms. Frank has captured in this book. An HEA well deserved for the lovesome-threesome.💖.. hopefully we see them a little in other books just like we get glimpses of Logan & Tate. ❤️

“They are with me. I am with them. We are happy and in love. More than happy. We are crazy, stupid, deliriously in love.”

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ While I am strictly all for monogamy, the romantic in me is so happy for Robbie. To have the love of not one man, but two. Who love him unequivocally and unconditionally and wholeheartedly - to know with an absolute certainty that they were each other's end game... 'an immediate sense of acknowledgment and understanding, an instant recognition of someone you knew was meant to be in your life.' How could my heart not be happy for them? 🥲

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ I mean, bringing home your partner to meet your parents is nerve-wracking enough. Bringing home, two? Now, that's room for trouble and torment! 🙃 Mentally and literally. So, I did find Robbie's fears very justified and truthful; and I loved that Joel and Julien were so understanding and considerate of his emotions. I love the care that they just exude, this intensely palpable desire to just be the one for him and make sure he never feels unloved - this innate possessiveness at how lucky they are to have Robert Antonio Bianchi, 'an incredible man. Smart, caring, and unbelievably sexy' entirely theirs. 'These two men beside him owned him body and soul.' The author balanced their thoughts so well, the sheer happiness and affection that radiated amongst them - a pleasure entirely theirs... a future for their own...

That's a really comforting feeling, don't you think? 💙💚❤️

And tonight, we wanted to steal you away from the rest of the world.”

“But your heart?

Your heart, we want to steal forever.
”

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ And Robbie will always have my heart. Marched to the beat of his own drum', he finally found his happy place. Thirty is not just an age, it was the start of a brand-new Robert Bianchi and it delivered in spades. The golden boy Julien and Joel wanted to love and touch and savor and claim and prove that he was worth his heart in gold. 'Because you’re mine, and I love you. And I don’t like anyone. So that must make you pretty fucking special.' 😌 The intimacy - both in the sheets and out of it - they're so smooth with their affections that it's almost heartwarming, if not how innuendo-laced it is at times. ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 They can turn up the heat as easily as being open and vulnerable, too. They've reached that stage in their lives where they truly believe that this is it and we're here to make it count. 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ The conflict pretty much centered on not only meeting Robbie's family - the ones who also carry traces of 'the teasing, the attitude, and the mischief'greedy enough to make it permanent too. The meeting, itself, was a bit chaotic for my liking, but I was so enamored with so much else, that I just hoped everything would work out. Thank God, the sisiter shenanigans, as well as the pregnancy did not become something. Even with the trio's own doubts about how real their union could be, their efforts were not in vain. Robbie felt it, I believed it. 🥺

The two of you are where I’m supposed to be, I have never been surer of anything in my life than I am of that.”

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ Usually weddings make me cringe, but - I teared up. I did. I did, because you could feel the love and the strength of bravery in doing something unconventional, but believing so stoutly in their happiness and love and future, that their words meant something. 💍🥰 Julien and Jules really did care for Robbie and both their confessions were so honest and pure - that he was the one that completed them - I believed it, and felt an overwhelming amount of love on that special day. Each confession - each wish - proves that even if people don't understand their interesting dynamic, it doesn't matter, when it's meant to be. 🥹🥹

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ I don't know if I'll ever give Tate and Logan's story a go; something about their relationship rubs me the wrong way, or maybe I'm jumping to conclusions on a baseless assumption. But, I do know this. I love that Robbie got to close the chapter on two parts of his life, with a resounding solid humph, that made me smile and agree with him. 'Because I’m going to be so beautiful you’re going to cry your eyes out for having let me go.' 😤 His snark and his contentment of being loved just the way he was - perfect as he was, completing all their wishes and desires with his sexiness and adoration - ah, Robbie. I envy you and admire you so. 🩷🩷

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ It does pain me that if I were to offer a succinct summary of The Princess, the Prick & the Priest it would simply be - sex, meet the parents, sexy proposal, confessions. 😏 And that's not much to go by, but there is a part of my heart that was very smitten with it. But, if I were to rank it going against my rating scale, it just doesn't allow me to weigh it any higher. 🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️ As much as my heart did swoon at it, the long and detailed opening sequence took up nearly 35% of the story. I'm all for three perspectives and drawing out the pleasure as much as possible, but that does not leave much room for much else. *sigh* That sounded a lot dirtier than I intended. 😅

The Princess, The Prick & The Priest have their Happily Ever After in this sweet romantic conclusion to anther wonderful series by Ella Frank.

I loved nearly everything about this story especially the time spent with the Bianchi family and how they all accepted Julien and Priest into their family was wonderful considering the families these to had grown up with.

Of course, I loved spending more time with Logan and Tate and the banter between these five men is hilarious all the teasing.

I cannot get over how Priest has changed in this book he is so much more relaxed and happier.

The epilogue was super cute LOVED IT.

The only thing I did not enjoy, and I cannot believe I am typing this was the SEX it just felt too long winded for me with too much description, I skimmed two of the three sex scenes.

I’m going to give my rating some thought. This was a solid conclusion to this series.

10/14/2019 still no idea how to rate this. It's cute, but so OTT. Really, it skirts the line of TOO MUCH.

3/15/2020 in for a penny... I reread the first three in the series and figured I might as well reread this one. Maybe one day I’ll finish the last two.

2/27/2021 after much thought, I’ve decided this reads as an extended epilogue AND maybe a gift to Robbie’s fans (which I am one). I’ve adored Robbie since I first met him in the Temptation series. He deserved his fairytale HEA. Was it OTT? Sure, but so is Robbie. Now if I can make myself read the last two books in the series. I’m not sure my hang up, but I’m going to try again.

3/3/2023 I still haven’t made up my mind about reading book 7. Reading books with girl parts just don’t appeal, but… reading about this particular girl? Maybe…

As I finished author Ella Frank’s Confessions 4 – The Princess, The Prick, and The Priest it dawned on me that Ms. Frank doesn’t write a series of books, she writes a journey for her characters and we her readers are lucky enough to go along for the ride. From the very first book, really from the first time these men met they were destined to be together, but in order for that to happen they had to clear out the baggage dragging each of them down to get to their happy place and in this book we see the same three men, yet different because their lives have become so much more than any of them ever thought possible.

I said back when Robbie’s book was released that “I truly felt they not only all brought something to the relationship, but brought out the best in each other” and that was never more apparent than in this book. While each man is still their own unique selves, together they are happier, they are enjoying life more, and it was apparent they are so in love with each other. Most of all, I loved seeing Robbie’s loud Italian family not only accepting Julien and Joel’s place in Robbie’s life, but accepting these men just as they are and making them a part of their family something they both so desperately needed in their lives.

With each page, I was transfixed by their story and the very eventful happenings throughout. I wanted so much for these three in addition to them finding their happiness and I could not have been happier with the outcome of this book.

With the sassiness of Robbie the princess, the sensuality of Julien the prick, and the sophistication of Joel the priest, the confessions series comes to a close, but these men and the love they have for each other is there to remind everyone that love is love and comes in all forms. Thank you Ms. Frank for these three beautiful men and their even more beautiful story; it has been a joy to experience.

" Bonsoir" ! Ella Frank never lets us down ! I've loved this series. We get everything we like and need in this wrap up tale of our three men involved in a threesome, menage relationship. We get to see them navigate meeting Robbie's family, deal with their own wants, big questions asked, and a terrific Epilogue from five years ahead.
We have Julien, the French Chef,

Joel Priestly, "Priest" a strong, tough Lawyer,

and their "princess" is Robbie, 30, a gorgeous gregarious Italian beauty.

I loved Julien's French accent, Priest's strength, and Robbie's adoration and devotion to the married couple. The story shows us their intense passion, their detailed sexy menage times, which are superb. It ranges from light to heavy, dirty to sweet, and all with the deep emotion, high passion and eroticism. We see them untamed, tangled, wanting, needing, and greedy for each other.

Magnificent menage. Their pleasure is breathtaking.

" Je veux etre avec toi por toujours" I want to be with you forever.

"Je taime et je t'adore" I love and adore you.

We get supreme sexy loving, a heartwarming romance, and a heartfelt love.
Highly recommended. E N J O Y !

Boy... Ella Frank went all the way with her HEA!!!! I loved that Robbie finally got his happy ending. I've been rooting for him since the Temptation series.

The last "hurdle" needed to be taken. Robbie needed to tell his big Italian family about his men. But he needn't have worried. His family is just as accepting and loving as he is. Julien and Priest were accepted, no problem what so ever.

“Are you okay with the fact that your boyfriends are married, Robert?”

“I am, yes.”

“Then I suppose you two have a busy weekend ahead of you, don’t you?
You have four women to win over before you get my stamp of approval. And trust me, they are the hardest crowd to convince you are worthy of this one. You make them happy, you make me happy. Capito?”

Also a lot of mentioning of Tate and Logan in this one. That always makes me giddy.

All in all a nice finishing installment of the series!

“But your heart? Your heart, we want to steal forever.”

2.5 stars. Typical finish to the series. Nothing really exciting or new in this book. The sex scenes were much too long. Pages and pages long and it bordered on the "I can tolerate it" side of too sappy for me but it was nice to see the guys go off into their happy ever after.

Sadly, I was looking forward to and expecting some time with Henri. I was disappointed that he didn't show up.

ps, the blurb says "Everyone said our love wouldn’t work. That it was too hard, too complicated, too messy." Literally, nobody says that in this book. Every single person they tell or interact with just goes with the flow and has nothing negative to say about a gay married couple bringing in a third and marrying him too.

5 "best book I've read this year" stars.
No.no.no this cannot be the end. I need more Priest in my life. What a prefect conclusion to this amazing series. I absolutely fell in love with all 3 of these gorgeous men. This book made me smile, happy sigh and shed a few tears and the epilogue made me grin from from ear to ear. Loved every word of this! X
