With the disused canal (out of picture to the left) full J3369 : The flooded Lagan canal at Moreland's Meadow, Belfast the spillway showed it worth. The path (between the fence) was impassable. J3369 : Lagan navigation restoration (6) (October 2009) shows the overspill in its normal dry state.

Some photographs taken along the towpath, between the Stranmillis weir and Belvoir Forest when the Lagan was high after two days of heavy, but not continuous, rain.
