Robert Gordon's Hospital
Begun in 1731 by William Adam, this became a school in 1750, the "Auld Hoose". It was remodelled in 1833 by John Smith before it became an independent school, Robert Gordon's College in 1880s. It is mainly built of Tilliefourie granite.
