The area, beyond the gates, serves as a carpark, when they are open. My eye was caught by the magnificent brick wall.

One of the platforms at Ebbsfleet International Station looking in the direction of London. The white substance on the platform surface is salt that had been put down to dissolve snow that had fallen several days beforehand.

Note the structure beyond the station - a bridge with no roads.

I am standing at the junction with the diverted footpath, looking towards where the original path would have gone. This is now a building site.
