Alfred Dock, Birkenhead
Opened in 1866.
The ship is Stolt Razorbill, an oil/chemical tanker that was, I think, sailing under the Russian flag, but is currently (2021) sailing under the UK flag.
Beyond is Liverpool's balmy skyline.
