What do you like best about Clari?

I love the analytics features in Clari, especially the waterfall that shows what happened to our pipeline and how we stack up historically. The ease of use and functionality, particularly in reporting and forecasting, make it a valuable tool. The Salesforce integration is indispensable because it seamlessly brings in the data necessary for our operations. What do you dislike about Clari?

I find the setup process challenging, especially when migrating fields from Salesforce, as it can't handle formula fields directly. This requires creating and maintaining duplicate fields, which adds complexity and workload. Additionally, I am disappointed with the limited configurability of dashboards, which feel too basic and lack customization options. Also, Clari's integration capabilities are inadequate, particularly in pulling in call transcripts, which requires working with other tools. Furthermore, the flexibility in setting up hierarchies is lacking, as it relies on CRM's static hierarchy that doesn't accommodate midyear team changes efficiently. What do you dislike about Clari?

Performance, long loading times

It is unnecessary to have to click into each subfield for the individual sales types and confirm the amount before it turns "green". I can't think of any reason why a different figure should be entered than the one resulting from the " "Core".

I think it would be good if the sums were calculated according to sales stage, because there is already a percentage weighting. That is more realistic.

It would also be helpful to have a field for the forecast high and forecast low in which you could include the opptys that you see as the basis for the figure. Maybe again with the percentage weighting, if my suggestion regarding the sales stages cannot be implemented.

In addition, I generally miss a field where you can write an acceptance, which just comes without an oppty. In the territory, there will always be small orders or even orders for which there was previously no oppty. For smaller sales, the distribution does not even make a deal reg or oppty until the order is placed, but offers it to the partner independently at standard conditions. What do you like best about Clari?

Clari has been a game-changer for how we approach forecasting and pipeline management. The platform has made it easy for our team to move away from clunky Excel sheets and into a system that supports rep-level forecasting with a really clear and rigorous cadence. Our team has been getting more comfortable with it every day, and the insights we gain from features like activity tracking and account modal filters are incredibly valuable. The ability to drill down into data, filter by rep or account, and create custom dashboards has simplified our workflow immensely. Plus, Clari’s AI projections are a solid resource we refer to regularly, making our forecasting process smarter and more reliable. What do you dislike about Clari?

One thing we struggle with is that some configurations require Clari's direct assistance, which can delay changes we want to make quickly. For example, shifting to a monthly forecast view seemed like a straightforward tweak, but it turned out to need more involvement than we expected. It's something we hope becomes easier over time.

Additionally, we've noticed occasional inconsistencies, like certain users' activity data not syncing properly, requiring back-and-forth troubleshooting. While Clari's support team is responsive, it would be great if some of these issues could be resolved more smoothly without needing tickets or elevated assistance. What do you like best about Clari?

Clari Support is probably one of the best support teams I've worked with on any platform. They're responsive, they're helpful and usually have a fix out quickly.

What do you dislike about Clari?

There's no sandbox environment for when an admin is making changes. Recently we changed Opportunity Types and had to update our queries. Since there's no sandbox to make sure those queries are running correctly, there was a lot of anxiety around making those changes. Especially because there are people working out of Clari while we're making live changes.

There also seemed to be holes with our integration, especially when it came to Groove and activities in general.

I also wish it was easier for Clari Admins to create signals without having to rely so heavily on Support. While I love the Support team, I wish this was something Admins had more control over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clari?

Clari is a great tool because it simplifies forecasting and makes it so much easier to get accurate insights. The ability to customize fields and configurations without having to depend on external requests has been a game-changer. I really appreciate how Clari allows us to align rep and manager inputs using features like the path to commit and path to most likely. It’s helped cut down on inconsistencies and confusion, which used to be a huge issue.

Also, the customer support has been outstanding. Anytime I’ve had a question, the team has been quick to respond and thoughtful in their solutions. For example, they’ve helped us navigate some pretty nuanced configuration changes and given us insights into how other customers approach similar challenges. It's clear they've got subject matter experts who know their stuff. Plus, the platform itself is pretty intuitive, which—for a system as powerful as Clari—is a big win for usability across my team. What do you dislike about Clari?

One challenge with Clari is that some advanced configurations, like creating filters based on specific field logic, aren’t always straightforward. For example, I struggled to set up a filter to exclude blank fields in our renewals timing tab and had to rely on extra support to clarify the logic.

While Clari’s flexibility is a strength, it can also create complexity—especially in larger organizations like ours with multiple geos and varied needs. It requires careful alignment and planning to ensure consistency. That said, the Clari team has been super helpful in addressing these gaps and guiding us through best practices. What do you like best about Clari?

Clari has been immensely helpfu. It makes forecasting so much simpler and brings everything together. We used to do everything in clunky Google Sheets. But now, with Clari, it's all in one spot. It's incredibly easy to keep an eye on forecasts, pipeline changes, and how we're performing overall, all in real time.

The Inspect module has been a great flexible tool for our team. We can easily break down the data by product, segment, or region, and update all from one tab. What do you dislike about Clari?

What do you like best about Clari?

I really appreciate the simplicity of Clari. The tool is built in a way that makes it easy for everyone to use and understand. The new forecasting methodology has been well received by our teams, and the functionality is solid. Before Clari, we had issues with our pipeline not rolling up correctly, especially in the UK. This caused a lot of headaches and made it difficult to trust the data. With Clari, we've been able to address these issues. The tool has helped us ensure that our data is accurate and that everything is rolling up as it should. This has made our forecasting calls more efficient and has given our team confidence in the data they're seeing. Additionally, the ability to hide tabs until we're ready to use them has been helpful as we roll out new processes. What do you like best about Clari?

I love that I can create my very own "Flows' and create a cadence quickly. It fully automates my emails so I can send out mass emails and it tracks when they are opened. I live an breathe on the Groove Home page and use not only the activity feed but the Groove extension will go a step further and tell me if someone also clicked a link as well. What do you like best about Clari?

I like I can send off hundreds of emails in bulk the same day. Additionally Groove support is efficient at answering questions and resolving my issues. Very reliable team y'all have over there.

What do you dislike about Clari?

My frustration is with the UI. It feels very clonky and a lot of times for me groove is frequently saying an issue has occured with that little issue pop up when I'm about my normal business and then I have to stop using groove and do something else until the engineering team resolves it.

And parts of the UI seem counterintuitive and difficult.

Heres to name a few to start:

- SO many times I've started creating a flow and I accidentally x out of the screen and lose what I created. Wish the flow would save automactically as I'm building it out step by step.

- It's really easy to lose track of contacts who bounce on a flow and it gets complicated really quick between removed, bounced, exited, completed, etc. to keep things straight.

- I understand the purpose of global standards but would like to make a few exceptions to a few flows ex. we have a global standard to kick people out of a flow when they respond but when im sending out a monthly newsletter to my clients and prospects (regardless if they resond or not) i'm not able to do that very easily carrying the same audience across a multi-step flow Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability of Clari to provide real-time visibility into our sales pipeline and forecasting process is what I appreciate the most. Clari seamlessly integrates with our CRM and other marketing tools, which reduces the manual data entry. Clari's AI driven insights also help us prioritize actions, thus ensuring sales reps and managers can focus on right deals. About 100% of all our sales team and about 75% of entire staff use Clari. We had entire implementation and setup done within a day and internal user training was given with minimum effort. Initial glitches were sorted by Clari's exhaustive FAQ and self support section. What do you dislike about Clari?

Clari's interface is a bit complex and a few users in our organisation found it difficult to navigate and required training to start with.
