INTRODUCTION
The operating system is system software that manages computer hardware and application software or programs. It is the first software that must be installed in a computer because all other software runs on it and therefore needs it to be able to function in the computer. The operating system is technically referred to as OS an acronym for Operating System
.
Hence, all other computer software requires the operating system before they can be installed or used in a computer. This is why if the operating system of a computer is faulty, the system becomes useless for that period as all other software installed in the computer cannot be used since its operating system is not
