Very good book as with Eastern Body Western Mind. It is more accessable then the other book, and she talks about each of the chakras in meaningful ways. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5

The author gives way more valuable and practical information than just the basics on chakras- her insight overall is staggering and she presents it clearly throughout the book in so many multifaceted ways.
