Halsey was a stunning lady in red while hitting the red carpet for the 2024 VMAs in New York City.
The 29-year-old singer (born Ashley Nicolette Frangipane) stunned in a red and black dress while walking the red carpet at the UBS Arena on Long Island.
The outing came just weeks after she announced a brand new concept album called The Great Impersonator in late August.
The singer stepped out in a stunning sleeveless dress which showed off the singer's numerous tattoos on both arms.
The red gown with black splotches fell all the way to the red carpet, obscuring their footwear for the evening.

Other performers for the evening include Sabrina Carpenter, Katy Perry, Camila Cabello, GloRilla, Rauw Alejandro, Benson Boone, LISA, Lenny Kravitz, Anitta, Karol G, LL Cool J, and Shawn Mendes.
This year's festivities will be hosted by rapper Megan Thee Stallion and will be held at the UBS Arena in Long Island on September 11.
The awards show outing comes she announced The Great Impersonator, described as a, 'confessional concept album.'
She added, 'I really thought this album would be the last one I ever made.'
Halsey also opened up about her controversial decision to sample Britney Spears' Lucky, which came when she was getting treatment for her rare, 'T-cell lymphoproliferative disorder.'
'I have this weird coping mechanism where, if I’m not dealing with something internally, I’ll catch myself singing a song that relates to it,' she told Paper magazine.
'I would lay there, attached to a pump, like "I’m so lucky, I’m a star." It was facetious, and then I was in the studio, and was singing it under my breath, and went "Wait, let’s do this. Has anyone done this? This has been done, right? Why hasn’t this been done? There’s no way I’m actually going to interpolate this Britney Spears' song in this major way,"' she said.

'I will never know that, but in a way, there are some parallels. She was the first pop star I fell in love with and I knew everything about her, and I was in love with her and I worshiped her.
