• Build America (BA) and Buy America, Buy America (BABA) Requirements: Introduces the Buy America requirements for the use of iron and steel products in federally-funded highway construction projects and explains how to document the processes for iron and steel products.
• CDOT Library: Established in 1949, the Colorado Department Of Transportation Library provides CDOT employees, engineers, and researchers with transportation-related resources and information. Our collection is a combination of both print and electronic resources including technical reports, journals, books, and databases. 
• Construction Specifications: CDOT highway standard specifications for use on Road and Bridge construction projects. The 2023 Standard Specifications are now available and mandatory for use on all projects advertised on or after Oct. 1, 2023.
• Bulletins and Manuals: Links to various construction and design bulletins, manuals, memos and other related documents
• M Standard Plans: The M Standard Plans.
• S Standards Plans: The S Standard Plans.

• CDOT's Office of the CADD Highway Engineering Design Processes: Find information on CDOT's CADD (MicroStation/InRoads) software. It also contains consultant access information, software upgrades, CADD training videos and materials, CADD user manual, how-to-workflows, tips and tricks, a library of detail drawings, software configurations, and other CDOT CADD-related resources.
  
• Alternative Delivery Program (Design-Build and CM/GC): A process of systematic decision-making, risk identification and allocation, identification of goals and objectives, identification and development of strategies, and creation of a competitive procurement environment.
• Dispute Review Board Program: The DRB assists in the final resolution of disputes and claims between CDOT and hired contractors.
• Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Specifications: Part of the Division of Maintenance and Operations, ITS serves and supports the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) and the traveling public with technologies to better communicate, decrease travel times, and create a safer driving environment.
