Together this mission is possible.
Our mission is to mobilize our community to equip and empower low-income individuals and families to be self-sustained and independent.
In the first three years of the Impact KCK program, the number of homeless students in the school districts we work with dropped by half.
It’s time to jump in and be part of impacting our community. Grab a few friends or a larger group and come volunteer at our Equipping Center.
Our 2023 annual report is now available. Inside you’ll find updates on several of our programs, statistical highlights from the 2022-2023 school year, and some news about what to expect from Avenue in 2024. Clicki the link below to download the report.
Impact KCK is a collaborative program providing resources and support to families experiencing homelessness in the Kansas City Kansas Public School, Turner Unified, Bonner Springs Edwardsville, and Piper school systems.
We believe that we’re more effective in engaging and impacting our communities when we do it together. We use an approach to community development called “Collective impact”.
