Program code are distributed through internet and suffering from the program theft. Means a program is sold to user and user make own copyright of program called program theft. This is happen because program are easily decomposed into reusable class file and also
decomposed into source code by the program users. In this paper practical work show that theft program can easily findable and also proposed a method that shows that if starts working on the method theft program are easily findable. Original developer of program can easily
find the program theft and one another technique is watermarking technique that is also a successful technique help the original developer of program to finding program theft, some concept of watermarking also discuss in this paper. With the help of this paper people knows the actual power and use of obfuscator technique. Experimental result in the paper
show that approach work successfully.

Most Erectile Dysfunction (ED patients are not willing to openly discuss their problems with friends and physicians. Because of this issue, this paper proposes a web based online diagnosis of Erectile Dysfunction using International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF) questionnaire which will give an opportunity for ED patients to asses themselves at their private surroundings and convenient time. This system allows patients to logon to the web sites to answer questionnaire. Patient's responses can be used to calculate the IIEF score. Advice to consult physician will be given if the IIEF score is below 21. Moreover, online consultations and diagnosis can save valuable time and travelling cost for patients and physicians. The web based application was built on .Net Framework and Active Server Pages .NET (ASP.NET). This paper aims to explain the web-enabled tools for educational data mining. The proposed web-based tool developed using Asp.Net framework and php can be helpful for universities or institutions providing the students with elective courses as well improving academic activities based on feedback collected from students. In Asp.Net tool, association rule mining using Apriori algorithm is used whereas in php based Feedback Analytical Tool, feedback related to faculty and institutional infrastructure is collected from students and based on that Feedback it shows performance of faculty and institution. Using that data, it helps management to improve in-house training skills and gains knowledge about educational trends which is to be followed by faculty to improve the effectiveness of the course and teaching skills.

Data mining refers to the knowledge discovery in data base process (KDD) which is a procedure from which useful information is drawn and summarized into a specific pattern. In other words it is the process of extracting and gaining useful knowledge data. " Better sound through research ". The theme of this paper is to analyse what kind of education system can aim to zero illetracy. It utilizes decision tree, one of the data mining models to classify the causes. The main purpose is to provide awareness amongst people as to how and why the education system requires a transition in order to improvise not only on education but on the other skills of the children to see a significant growth in the education system in India. The tool used to analyse the data set is Rapid Miner. Eventually, it concludes on how India can achieve a higher literacy rate than the present literacy rate.

Didalam perguruan tinggi pihak akademik memiliki kewajiban untuk menunjuk seorang dosen untuk menjadi dosen wali dari beberapa mahasiswa, dosen wali diperuntukan untuk memberikan nasehat dan  saran selama proses kegiatan akademik mahasiswa perwalian, selama menjadi dosen wali  mengalami kendala dalam berkomunikasi dengan mahasiswa dikarenakan didalam aplikasi dosen wali yang digunakan sekarang belum ada fitur chatting untuk berkomunikasi antara dosen wali dengan mahasiswa perwalian, maka dari itu dibutuhkan sistem  monitoring dosen wali dengan menggunakan ASP.net Signal R, dan perancangan sistem menggunakan UML yaitu usecase, activity diagram, dan class diagram. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah model rancangan sistem monitoring dosen wali dengan menggunakan ASP.Net Signal R yang dapat memberikan  kemudahan kepada mahasiswa dalam berkonsultasi kepada dosen, sehingga dosen dapat mengetahui rekam jejak konsultasi  mahasiswa, dan permasalahan akademik yang dihadapi mahasiswa perwaliannya dengan menambahkan fitur chatting didalam aplikasi dosen wali, fitur  chatting tersebut bertujuan untuk merekam jejak / monitoring/ komunikasi antara dosen wali dengan mahasiswa yang dimana  rekam jejak konsultasi mahasiswa tersebut disimpan secara realtime.
