The review aims to highlight some questions arising from the reading of Paini\u2019s and Aria\u2019s edited book La densit\ue0 delle cose. Following the oceanian d\ue9tour proposed by the editors, the review focuses on the innovative conception of the Ambassador objects as an alternative to repatriation and a key to the elaboration of a \u201cshared heritization\u201d perspective. Discussing the \u201ctheory of cultural creativity\u201d and the conception of the \u201cdensity of objects\u201d, both based on the oceanian materials presented by the contributors, the review raises some questions about the different meanings of \u201csharing\u201d, and highlights some practical and theoretical problems of a \u201cshared heritization\u201d perspective
