Study on effects of glyphosate on Asian sea bass ( Lates calcarifer ) after exposure at 24, 48, 72 and 96 h , and the concentrations of 0, 2.5, 5, 7.5 and 10 mg L -1 by measuring behavior change, assess mortality rate and gill tissue alterations of fish were done. The results showed that the exposed glyphosate fish swam erratically with jerky movement. Their movement was loss of balance and faster than that of in the non-exposed. Their body color and gill were fade out. Moreover, edema of gill and abdominal were observed. Hemorrhage was found in various parts of the body. The mortality percentage increased with an increasing in exposure time. LC 50 of glyphosate in Asian sea bass after 24, 48, 72 and 96 h of exposure were 5.57, 3.55, 2.5 and 0.76 mg L -1 , respectively. The alteration found could be distinguished as 3 stages: (1) edema, fusion of lamellae irregular thickening of primary lamellae epithelium and epithelial lifting, (2) blood congestion and (3) lamellar aneurysm and ne...
Many people complain about gas and bloating, and assume it comes from eating certain foods. Food poisoning in the US causes 48 million people to get sick each year, according to the CDC, so it’s easy to blame the food you ate for your digestive problems, and people are rightly concerned about food safety. They may blame a restaurant for the way they handled the food. Or they may conclude that they can’t eat certain kinds of foods that cause them gas and indigestion. They may wonder if the food contain certain pesticides, or other contaminants, that is causing their digestive problems. So they change diets, and find different restaurants, and change their grocery store, hoping to find a way to better digestion, but often failing to find the answer. However, the problem may not be the food, or the way it is grown or prepared. The problem may be their own digestive process, which is impacted, and constipated, by tight clothing.
Cloud computing is a type of computing model in which resources are accessed from a centralized pool of resource. The cloud management software has to manage the resources at large scale. Cloud represents ubiquitous computing means that it found everywhere. Cloud computing has become an alternative means of internet for this computing world. Cloud user and the cloud service provider are the two main units involved in cloud computing. Since a cloud is the set of many nodes, which can support a variety of application which is used by the clients on the basis of pay per use. By its pay per use characteristics cloud computing is very popular now a days. However, there are issues and problems in regarding of cloud computing security which is becoming a competitive boundary among various cloud service providers. In this survey paper, we introduces in depth analysis of security issues in the cloud computing environment and challenges which are focusing on the types of cloud computing. We show cloud trust protocol which is a solution approach to limit these challenges and issues.
Readings for 26 Jan. 2023 In recent years, theories have been proposed that explicitly aim to explain the develop- ment of postcolonial varieties of languages, and in some cases especially of English. These theories vary in their consideration of social factors at certain stages of the development, but have in common a profound interest in the sociohistorical con- straints of these developing varieties. Traditionally, the domain of historical linguistics, these approaches offer insights into theories of the genesis of New World varieties. What all models have in common is their interest in settlement patterns: whether Trudgill’s New-Dialect Formation theory (Trudgill et al. 2000a, 2000b; Trudgill 2004) or Schneider’s Dynamic Model (Schneider 2003, 2007), or Hickey’s (2003a) view of dialect mixing and language mixing that foregrounds specific social characteristics in each setting, the basic demographic facts are always at the centre of focus. This chapter begins with a short overview of the settlement of Canada, where the most important immigration movements are grouped into five major (and somewhat abstracted) immigration “waves” (for more details see Boberg 2010: Chapter 2 on Canada; Dollinger 2008a: Chapter 3 on Ontario). This knowledge will facilitate many interpretations of CanE data. Then, we will briefly introduce the models by Trudgill and Schneider, which are often viewed as antithetical models, as approaches that offer theoretical frameworks for the interpretation of data and have more in common than at times meets the eye.
