The Selvicciola necropolis is a large burial site dated to the Copper Age, located on the mid-Tyrrhenian side of Central Italy, in the Fiora river valley. Despite post-depositional disturbances, 32 prehistoric tombs were found, generally in a good state of preservation, with a total number of 119 individuals identified. In the present study, radiocarbon and stable isotope measurements on bone collagen are combined with skeletal data for 71 of these individuals. We aim to investigate possible changes in food practices and burial patterns throughout time. In detail, the results allowed us to define a timeframe for the use of the cemetery of at least 2000 years, with the two most ancient individuals found in tomb 17 and dated to around 3950 cal BC, assigning this a necropolis chronological investigation of the so-called Rinaldone culture. Stable carbon and nitrogen isotope analysis confirmed a predominantly agropastoral subsistence strategy for this prehistoric community. Although the plant intake consisted mainly of C3 species, we further discuss the fact that the stable isotope data suggest an increase in the consumption of C4 plants over time. The integration of radiocarbon and isotopic data with the skeletal evidence and material culture provides an interesting insight into the funerary world of this community, highlighting the importance of Selvicciola for the understanding of life in the Mediterranean at the transition between the fourth and the third millennia BC.

Post-Palaeolithic graphic expression, beyond its formal definition, must be understood as a codified narrative. Its geometric character, the repetition of icons, the distribution of these in the narrative space, have the purpose of communicating within the human group. Therefore, the relations of size, the nature of the attributes, or the choice of the frame, are primordial structures of a language that, from these antecedents, we will see to develop in multiple cultural contexts throughout the History. So to speak, we attend to the babblings in Prehistory of the social portrait. In our session we intend to reflect on the graphic codes used by the representation of the human figure in post-Palaeolithic moments. What are the basic elements that define its semiotics? How are they distributed in the design? Can we observe different traditions of " style " from, however, a common set of significant elements (weapons, clothing, anatomical characters)? What do these representations of intra-group relations tell us? These are the arguments for our working session. We invite researchers interested in any aspect of prehistoric human representation, understood as a social portrait, to share and discuss with us their reflections.

Understanding the Creative Tourism Experience in Cultural and Creative Events/Festivals2020 •
The specialised consumption of creative tourism experiences and their presence in cultural and creative events and festivals, constitute examples of reflexive tourism consumption. Following the line of research about the specialised consumption of creative tourism experiences and events, this research aims to describe and account for examples where cultural and creative events/festivals represent opportunities for participatory experiences like workshops. The author developed a systematic review using SCOPUS database, to account for creative tourism experiences present at cultural and creative events/festivals. Thirteen documents from 2003 to 2019, were chosen and analysed as they represent the confrontation between cultural and creative events/festivals and creative tourism experiences principles. Findings show that authors don´t always refer directly to creative tourism experiences in the events and festival case studies analysed. Results were organized under two perspectives the ...
