SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYSIS WITH INVENTORY APPROACH IN ARABICA COFFEE PROCESSING IN ACEH TENGAH (CASE STUDY ON ORO COFFEE GAYO) ANALISIS RANTAI PASOK DENGAN PENDEKATAN PENYEDIAAN BAHAN BAKU (INVENTORI) PADA PENGOLAHAN KOPI ARABIKA DI KABUPATEN ACEH TENGAH (STUDI KASUS PADA ORO COFFEE GAYO)2018 •
Aceh Tengah Regency is a center of coffee production, especially arabica. Coffee plantations in Central Aceh Regency are dominated by smallholder plantations. The total area of Coffee plantation in Aceh Tengah in 2016 is 48,701 Ha and its production is 31,375 tons / year. The purpose of this study is to map the arabica coffee supply chain and find out the optimal amount of raw material inventory in the Oro Coffee Gayo industry. Location of research was in Aceh Tengah Regency at Oro Coffee Gayo. The research method is a case study, with analytical methods using EOQ (Economic Order Quantity), TIC (Total Inventory Cost), Safety Stock and Reorder Points (ROP). The results of the study were obtained 10 locations of Arabica coffee suppliers from 3 sub-districts from Aceh Tengah and Bener Meriah Regencies. The inventory of Oroo Gayo raw materials is not optimal, namely 154,000 kg at the beginning of the year, while the optimal inventory of EOQ results is 134,749.10 kg, meaning that Oro Coffee Gayo purchases raw materials more than the optimal purchase limit. Oro Coffee Gayo must have at least 18,671.50 Kg of coffee raw material for storage. Oro Coffee Gayo can do Reorder points when the raw material reaches 36,592 Kg in the warehouse

ANALISIS NILAI TAMBAH AGROINDUSTRI PENGOLAHAN KOPI ARABIKA EKSPOR DI KABUPATEN ACEH TENGAH (STUDI KASUS PADA KSU SARA ATE)2019 •
This study aims to find out how big arabica coffee processing export agroindustry in KSU Sara Ate in Central Aceh Regency can create added value for coffee and to know whether it has efficient marketing arabica coffee export at KSU Sara Ate in Central Aceh regency. Determination of the location of this study is determined purposively (Purposive) with consideration because the coffee processing industry is producing continuously and is also one of the coffee processing industry in Central Aceh. The method of analysis used in this research is the value added analysis method of hayami model and marketing efficiency analysis method. The analysis result shows the value of arabica coffee export of green bean grade 1 (specialty) on KSU Sara Ate being, and green bean grade 2 (premium) low. Based on the value of marketing efficiency of green bean grade 1 and green bean grade 2 on KSU Sara Ate marketing is considered efficient. The value is eligible provisions where if 0-50% EP marketing is considered efficient.

This study aims to determine the value added of export Arabica coffee and the efficiency of export Arabica coffee marketing at Oro Coffee Gayo in Aceh Tengah Regency. Determination of the location of this study determined intentionally (purposive). The analytical method used in this research is the value-added analysis method of the Hayami model and the marketing efficiency analysis method. The analysis shows the value added of export Arabica coffee green bean grade 1 (special) on Oro Coffee Gayo is moderate, and green bean grade 2 (premium) is also moderate. Based on the value of marketing efficiency of green bean grade 1 and green bean grade 2 Oro Coffee Gayo marketing is assessed as efficient which is equal to (EP 0-50% efficient marketing).

Application of artificial intelligence such as fuzzy logic is one of the ways to handle in the realworld with uncertainty situation like in coffee bean industry in Highland Gayo of Aceh Province. The aims of this study were to apply Fuzzy Multi Expert Multi Criteria Decision Making (MEMCDM) and Interpretatif Stuctural Modelling (ISM) methods in increasing of institutional system and coffee quality. The results of the study shows that for the coffee quality improvement, the importance alternatives were: improvement of agricultural technique, pre-harvest and post harvest technologies, whereas for the institutional system, the key elements were local government, farmers, and middle-man.

Analisis Indikasi Geografis Kopi Arabika Gayo Ditinjau dari Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah Kabupaten2012 •
ABSTRACK Arabica coffee grown in the Gayo Highlands, which includes Central Aceh, Bener Meriah and Gayo Lues district. The impact of climate change, affect the aspects related to the cultivation of coffee. The research objective is to determine the productivity, quality of results and arabica coffee farmers' income from various types kentianggian arabica coffee cultivation. The study was conducted in an area with a height difference of 1000-1200, 1200-1400, and 1400-1600 m above sea level. Coverage of further research is the analysis of the aspects that affect production, quality of results, and the income of farmers. Data collected by purposive sampling technique. Primary data were gathered through observation, interviews and focus group discussions. The results were obtained, Productivity arabica coffee ranged between 250-750 kg / ha / year. The regression analysis shows, production, altitude, farmers' income, the number of stems, soil conservation, crop care, harvesting patterns, treatment outcome, drying, storage, fruit production, pest and disease control and land a positive effect. Coffee quality of areas, production of the shade management, negative effect.
