Therefore, a role of project manager is as similar but more focused on a specific task. A project manager is the individual in charge of driving a venture from its origin to execution. This incorporates arranging, execution and dealing with the people, assets and extent of the task. Project manager must have the order to make clear and feasible goals and to see them through to fruitful culmination. The project manager has full obligation and power to finish the appointed venture. A project manager's position may end with the completion of the assigned project, or it may be a semi permanent position for a limited time or until a predetermined point in the project’s schedule or stage of completion. Although Project management training is excellent, without suitable characteristics such as the ability to ask penetrating questions, uncover any unstated assumptions, good conflict resolution and general management skills completing projects successfully will be a huge challenge. A few key soft skills that we are discussing here:1. Communication 2. Leadership 3. Team Management 4. Negotiation 5. Personal Organization 6. Risk Management 1. Communication A study suggests that 90 percent of a project manager's time is spent on communication and conveying messages?
