The First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America.
The attempt to force a transgender ideology upon schools and governments is a violation of the First Amendment in three ways.
First, it is an attempt to establish a religion. Transgenderism is a belief that is not upheld by science. A person claims to be transgender by identification, which is a mental or emotional attachment to an idea. The person who claims to be a female, but is in fact a male, is denying the scientific fact of biology, genetics and DNA. Whatever they may “feel,” it does not make it a fact or true.
Second, the attempt to force others to conform to some complex forms of “politically correct” speech, is a violation of the second clause by prohibiting the free exercise of religion, as well as third, suppressing the freedom of speech by refusing to allow people to speak correctly of scientific facts, but forces them to verbally uphold an ideology or religion.
Or, How Misreading the Scriptures’ Intent Has Damaged The Christian Witness to the Modern Age.
By assuming that the writers were modern-day journalists writing chronological accounts, Fundamentalism fails to understand the literary purpose of the Gospel Narratives, which were evangelistic tracts meant to prove Jesus as Messiah based upon his fulfillment of the typology of the Torah. The authors were not as concerned with linear sequences of events as they were with the life of Jesus which confirmed him to be the
"prophet like Moses", a "king like David", and a high priest like Aaron.
As a result, most of the translations of the New Testament commit the humanistic error of implying that faith that justifies is a work on our part as we put faith IN Jesus, rather than a gift of faith given to us through Christ's complete and sufficient work of faith. It is the faith of Jesus that is given to us which justifies us.

Argument 3: Dispensationalism: The Laodicean Age of the Church Means All Miracles are Signs of Deception and the Anti-Christ.
“Although he was a son, he learned obedience through what he suffered.” (Hebrews 5:8, ESV)

Dr. Eli Lizorkin-Eysenberg makes a very convincing case that a primary audience for the Gospel of John was the Samaritan community, who were considered outcasts and heretics by both Judean and Galilean Jews. He makes a strong case that the word Judean, or Judeans, referred to the particular religious ruling class in Jerusalem, and their emissaries throughout Israel. My disagreement is not with his main thesis but with the narrowness of his focus. It was also written with the Greeks in mind, in my opinion
