Dr. Hallowed Olaoluwa was the youngest Ph.D. holder in Mathematics in Africa and the youngest Ph.D. holder in Nigeria as at 2014. He is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Mathematics, University of Lagos and a recipient of the Next Einstein Forum Fellowship, an award that recognizes Africa's most influential young scientists.

Hallowed was once a Postdoctoral Fellow of Harvard University, a Research Associate at the Michigan State University and a Visiting Lecturer at the African Institute of Mathematical Sciences, in Rwanda and in Ghana. He has an astonishing background and a precocious tendency, having bagged two Bachelor degrees and two Masters degrees in Mathematics and Pure Physics at the age of 19.

Though his current research is in the fixed point theory, he also has a keen interest in geometric analysis and mathematical physics. Hallowed is also a science advocate, and has participated in many outreaches aimed at mentoring high school and university students and undertaking of advisory roles to institutions and governments on science/education programmes.

In this paper, we state and prove the existence of the common fixed points of four maps satisfyin... more In this paper, we state and prove the existence of the common fixed points of four maps satisfying a general contractive condition in a cone metric space, thus extending and generalizing several results in literature including the results of Abbas and Jungck (2008) and Abbas, Rhoades and Nazir (2010). We further apply our result to operators of integral type and generalize the results of Khojasteh, Goodarzi, and Razani (2010).
