ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bermaksud menguji pengaruh keadilan organisasi dan peran entrepreneurial l... more ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bermaksud menguji pengaruh keadilan organisasi dan peran entrepreneurial leadership terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif pada karyawan di instansi pemerintahan yang berstatus PNS. Penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) sebagai metode analisis data. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan online kusioner. Responden dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sebanyak 199 karyawan di instansi pemerintahan yang berstatus PNS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel organizational justice berpengaruh secara signifikan pada perilaku kerja inovatif pada karyawan di instansi pemerintah yang berstatus PNS. Meskipun demikian, entrepreneurial leadership justru tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada perilaku kerja inovatif. Hal ini menjelaskan peran pemimpin dalam konteks entrepreneurial leadership tidak mendorong karyawan di instansi pemerintah yang berstatus PNS untuk bekerja secara inovatif dilingkungan kerjanya

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of the municipal tax ... more The purpose of this research is to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of the municipal tax revenues and their contribution towards original local government revenue in Sidenreng Rappang district. The study applied the descriptive quantitative method. The data obtained from the municipal tax revenues district and the budget realization report of Sidenreng Rappang district from the period between 2014 and 2019. This research uses the method of effectiveness and efficiency ratio to calculate local tax, local tax realization, local tax fees, local tax target, and local tax contribution. The result in this research indicates that local tax revenues in Sidenreng Rappang district during the period of 2014 are already effective. The annual local tax revenues are very effective. Interestingly, the contribution of local taxes towards original local government revenue in Sidenreng Rappang district is found still very low.

This study aims to evaluate management strategies in controlling financial performance that occurred at PT. Vale Indonesia, Tbk and to provide enlightenment and suggestions as an evaluation material for companies in taking more measurable, more effective and efficient strategic measures to be more sustainable and remain competitive. This research is based on qualitative approach. The theoretical framework is obtained through articles, literature and case studies relevant to the research. Empirical information is gained through experience experienced by the researcher, interaction, formal and non-formal communication, and observation. The results of this study indicate that the evaluation and testing of PT Vale strategy using SWOT analysis and TOWS matrix has been done correctly with the proven that internal factors in PT Vale have a very strong influence on the decisions and strategic steps taken by the company. In this study, evaluation of strategic decisions determined by firms is evaluated through QSPM analysis. The evaluation conducted at PT Vale proves that QSPM can be a very precise strategic planning tool.

Data collection was carried out at the Secretariat of the Takalar Region Representative Council. The study applies saturated samples so that the number of samples was 49 respondents. Data were analyzed using the path analysis method. The results showed that leadership has a positive and significant effect on work motivation and job satisfaction, but an insignificant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership through both work motivation and job satisfaction show a significant effect on employee performance.
