Charlene Jennett
My research interests include HCI and games research. I enjoy using a range of methods to study user experience, including interviews, questionnaires and eye tracking.
During 2006-2010 I studied for my PhD at UCLIC, where I investigated the experience of immersion in computer games.
During 2009-2012 I worked at the UCL Dept. of Computer Science, as part of the UCL Info-Sec research group. I researched privacy and the value of personal data in different HCI contexts (PVNets). I also led research evaluating the usability and learning effects of a serious game (TARGET).
From 2012-present, I work at UCLIC on the Citizen Cyberlab research project (http://citizencyberlab.eu/), evaluating cognitive and social processes in citizen science projects.
