Prices moderated for transportation (5.0% vs 7.2% in September), housing & utilities (16.9% vs 20.3%), recreation & culture (12.3% vs 31.1%), miscellaneous goods & services (37.3% vs 41.7%). Meanwhile, prices continued to rise for food & non-alcoholic beverages (22.8% vs 19.7%) and clothing & footwear (27.6% vs 24.5%).
