Past literature reviews on women entrepreneurship have been criticized for their limited scope, lack of interdisciplinary perspective, and the need for more objective, technology-facilitated analytical methods. Our study provides insights into the development of women entrepreneurship research, including a new analysis through the lens of sustainable development and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Bibliometric indicators and a systematic literature review approach are used to analyze literature published between 1991 and 2021 to better map the development of research and related opportunities for enhancing studies on women entrepreneurship. We also studied the difference in the perception of male employees and female employees on the existence as well as the factors influencing the gender pay gap.Through questionnaire survey the data was collected and analyzed. We found out that a majority of respondents perceived gender pay gap in their organizations. Our study found out that the male employees perceived Quality of output followed by working for long hours and projecting oneself, While the Female employee’s perceived Gender discrimination, followed by Quality of output and Projecting oneself (Impression Management) as the most important factors that causes Gender pay gap"

Gender diversity has become an important and hot topic discussion of today’s corporate world. But... more Gender diversity has become an important and hot topic discussion of today’s corporate world. But in spite of all the efforts by organizations and government, there is a wide gender gap both in India as well as in the other parts of the world. So how can we bring more women in the organizations? Studies show that one of the most important elements of performance is job satisfaction and hence the researcher decides to find out how the organizations can satisfy the women employees.There are various motivation theories suggesting various factors for job satisfaction. Since its inception Herzberg’s Two factors theory has gained the attention of various researchers which provides a very high positive correlation with job satisfaction. At the same time, today flexible work options are the demanding benefits of employees especially the women employees. Thus purpose of this correlational study was to find out the impact of Flexible work options, Hygiene Factors, Motivators on job satisfaction of midlevel IT women employees of Kerala. Through Multiple Regressions Analysis, it was found that flexible work options and motivators have a significant impact on job satisfaction. Key words: Job satisfaction, Hygiene Factors, Motivators, Flexible work options, Gender diversity.

Research shows that improving employee health and well being will enable employers to build up a more productive workforce. Ergonomics is the application of human sciences to the optimization of people’s working environment. As Literature review reveals, its application was limited mainly to the production sector till the recent past. But now, service industry also views its importance seriously and Ergonomics is turning out to be a key element for their HR strategies. Yet, it is not an intrinsic part of organisational culture in many a cases. This study is to provide a larger framework on the relevance of Ergonomics in Indian financial sector keeping in view the modern technological and infrastructural changes. Also, the study aims to find out the correlation between the work place conditions and the employee performance. Data for this study was collected from Employees and HR managers in financial companies in Banking and nonbanking sector so as to determine whether there is any perceived system based on sound ergonomic principles in such organizations. Various Statistical tools have been utilized to analyse the data for arriving at the conclusions.
